Current Airline Policies regarding Coronavirus Changes/Cancellations
Each of StudentUniverse's 220+ worldwide airline partners has their own policy regarding refunds and cancellation waivers due to the coronavirus. Each airline issues waivers specifying which routes and flight dates are currently eligible for free cancelation or changes. Airlines have been updating these policies regularly as the situation is changing.
Most of these airline-specific policies also apply to tickets booked through StudentUniverse. We are happy to help you with changing or cancelling your ticket. However, please keep in mind that we are bound to each airline's current policy. Changes and cancellations for flights that do not have a waiver will still be subject to the original terms and conditions.
